These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, online booking system, and visits to The Olive Tree Play Café.
By making a booking, using our website, or visiting the café, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings
Bookings can be made online through our booking system.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Please ensure all booking information provided is accurate and up to date.
3. Admission
Our play space is designed primarily for children aged five years and under.
Older siblings are welcome to accompany families in the café but are not permitted to use the play areas.
Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
The Olive Tree Play Café does not provide childcare services.
4. Session Times
Please arrive at the scheduled start time of your session.
Late arrivals may still attend their session; however, sessions will finish at the original end time.
We cannot guarantee access before your session begins due to cleaning and preparation between sessions.
5. Food and Drink
No food or drink purchased outside the café may be consumed on the premises.
Exceptions may be made for:
Baby formula
Medical, allergy, or dietary requirements
Please speak to a member of staff before your visit if your child has specific dietary requirements or allergies.
6. Health and Safety
Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision, behaviour, and safety of the children in their care.
Children should use the equipment appropriately and according to their age and ability.
For safety reasons, socks must be worn within the play area.
Any accidents, spillages, or concerns should be reported to a member of staff immediately.
The Olive Tree Play Café reserves the right to temporarily close equipment or areas of the play space where necessary for maintenance, cleaning, or safety reasons.
7. Illness
If your child is unwell or displaying symptoms of a contagious illness, we kindly ask that you do not attend your session in order to help protect other families and our staff.
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy regarding rescheduling or cancellations.
8. Personal Property
Prams, bags, coats, and personal belongings are left at the owner's risk.
The Olive Tree Play Café accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
9. Photography
Customers may take photographs of their own children during their visit.
Please be respectful of other families and avoid photographing other children without permission.
Commercial photography or photography undertaken for business purposes is not permitted without prior written permission.
The Olive Tree Play Café may occasionally take photographs for marketing purposes. Permission will always be sought before any identifiable images are used.
10. Refusal of Entry
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask customers to leave where:
Behaviour is abusive, threatening, or unsafe.
Children are not adequately supervised.
Our Rules of Play are repeatedly ignored.
Damage is caused to the premises or equipment.
Customers fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
No refund will be issued where entry is refused for these reasons.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete or up to date.
