Inspired by Olive, our Daughter

Welcome to The Olive Tree Play Café.

The Olive Tree was created by Husband and Wife, Dan and Alyce Bennett, inspired by our daughter, Olive, and our desire to create a welcoming space for families in the heart of Wickford.

As parents ourselves, we know how important it is to find somewhere that offers more than just a place to play. We wanted to create a space where children can learn, explore and let their imaginations flourish, while parents and carers can relax, enjoy great coffee and spend quality time with their little ones.

Our play space has been thoughtfully designed around Montessori-inspired principles and imaginative role play, encouraging curiosity, creativity, independence and confidence through open-ended play.

At The Olive Tree, we are passionate about creating a warm, inclusive and welcoming environment for every family. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a calm, safe and engaging space where children can thrive and parents can feel at home.

More than anything, we hope The Olive Tree becomes a place where friendships are formed, confidence grows and lasting memories are made. A place where families can connect, children can learn and everyone feels part of our community.
